The Philosophy of Your Liberal Longevity Coach

At Your Liberal Longevity Coach, I have a certain way of looking at Longevity and ageing. With my background as a Shiatsu therapist for many years, I believe a natural, holistic approach is the foundation of a long and healthy life.

Add to this the knowledge gathered from the longest-living communities on earth, the Blue Zones, and we have a blueprint to follow for our lives.

But I’m also a bit of a science geek. By adding the cutting-edge science of Longevity to the mix we can further extend our healthy years, perhaps radically!

Potentially postponing, reversing or even eliminating the onset of age-related diseases.

We need all of these approaches to maximise our healthy years.

I see it like this…

First, don’t die early from poor lifestyle choices or avoidable mistakes.

Next, improve what you’re doing and how you’re living, slowly but steadily in the right direction.

This is about building good habits that are sustainable and enjoyable (otherwise we won’t do them for long).

Next look to the Blue Zones, the areas in the world with the most consistently long-lived and healthy populations. What can we learn from them?

Finally, optimise with science to move the needle on supporting biological functions for physical and cognitive health.

We can extend our Life-Span and Health-Span by taking the right supplements, the right biohacks and the correct Longevity therapies at the right time.

As well as staying up-to-date with new developments and avoiding potentially damaging practices or counterproductive supplements.

All of this is needed if we want to live a long and healthy life, maybe even living longer than we ever thought possible!
